The Pediatric Department in Dalarna has two clinics in the county, Falun and Mora. In Falun, the clinic's inpatient care consists of a neonatal ward and a ward for other children. The staff at our clinic in Falun rotate to one of our wards every fifth weekend and during the summer. At the clinic, we provide specialized pediatric care with high expertise in the various diagnostic teams for children aged 0-18.

First-line Manager for Pediatric Clinics

Responsibilities

We are now looking for a first-line manager for our pediatric clinics in Falun and Mora, as well as for our paramedic group. You will lead and be responsible for the daily management of the operations within the managerial area and collaborate with other department managers at the clinic. We are looking for someone interested in a broad operation with responsibility for several different categories of personnel.

This position entails permanent employment in your basic profession with a limited appointment as a manager for 3 years.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed healthcare professional or other relevant healthcare education
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language

Meritorious:

• Experience in pediatric care
• Previous managerial experience

You have the ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks, which requires both flexibility and creativity. You are attentive, clear, and engaged, with the ability to inspire and excite both employees and colleagues. Through your active leadership, you, together with the entire team, contribute to creating a pleasant and developing work environment.

You are flexible and can make decisions and prioritize to ensure the operations function in everyday life, even when the unexpected occurs. You have a good ability to collaborate and are visible and accessible to the staff.
